I'm in dilemma..!
I'm doing my Literary Critism's assignment right now..
I need to analyse a short story.. Need to choose one
'The Egg' by Putu Wijaya or 'The Birth' by Suhaimi Haji Muhammad
So, which story to choose?

The Egg
Is about a general
Who left nothing to his four sons but an egg
Yes, an egg
That oval-in-shape egg


I think this story is a heavy story
Where we need to think creatively and forward
Don't just simply look at the egg as an ordinary egg
It must be interpreted philosophically- according to the daily Kompas
But, the content of the egg was shocking and phenomenon!
After all the research, opinions and etc.
A Berkley Professor, hired by the sons
Found an open cheque of a Swiss Bank, valued 400 million..
In the broken egg shell

How am I going to analyse such story? I need to read more.

Is a different story
It was written by a teacher
Who was studying here in my university- UPSI


I'ts about a pregnant woman
Whose baby was gone
When the woman slept
And nobody knew who took the baby away..


....


Owh, die!
I don't know how to analyse these two great works
I'm clueless
I'm tired of writing rubbish
I need Putu Wijaya and Suhaimi Haji Muhammad to come and inspire me
In my dreams
And let me think and able to write as I am Putu Wijaya and Suhaimi Haji Muhammad
